Those of you flying in and out of London on a regular basis will welcome the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow airport, which was officially opened on March 14, 2008 but which will be servicing passengers effective March 27, 2008. The Financial Times and The Economist differ on whether it will really make a difference, and I have to say I hate both Heathrow and Gatwick, but one can always hope.
