Travel Product: Power Adapter
Over the years, I have tried a lot of adapters. The last one I had I affectionately referred to as the “death star”. It looked like a martial arts weapon. At meetings, my associates often thought I was trying to electrocute them.
This year, I finally found a power adaptor from Swiss Travel Products which is the best I have ever seen. Instead of carrying around a set of adapters (”Let’s see. This trip will be UK and Australia so I will need both of these adapters…”) this one product, the World Travel Adapter handles 150 countries. You can both input and output 4 different types. These are: US, Europe, UK and Australia. It even comes in different colors.
They also have a version with a built-in USB charger. Any device you have which you charge via USB (iPod, cell phone, PDAs) can be connected to a power outlet for charging using this feature. Put that on my wish list!
